IS SCIENCE A THREAT TO FAITH

“Science without faith is lame and faith without science is blind”

My friends faith and science are complementary and not enemies. What Homosapiens had faith in science has made it possible. Faith evolved science and science evolved fire and wheel and since then science has been the biggest help to mankind.

Where the boundaries of science ends it is the evolution of faith starts from there.

It was the power of faith that drove Thomas Alva Edison to invent the light bulb after failing 1000s of  times.

Can you imagine your life without science? Of course not. It is easy to talk high and nice but I bet if all of us have to go 100 years back when there was no television, no radio and not to talk of internet and mobile. We will definitely realize that how important science is to us. Then how can we even say that ‘science is a threat to faith.

What will faith do without physics in technology, chemistry in space and biology in nature? Science has made our life most comfortable and luxurious as man has ever imagined and is constantly transforming science fiction into practicality and reality.

Be it the sky touching high rise building or the life communication skills through 3g, this is the boon of the science that average expectancy of life from 50 years has resent to 80 years due to sophisticated inventions and discoveries in pharmaceutical industries.

Today science has almost transplanted all human organs except brain and the same goes for making them.

So, on the concluding note I think that science is the brain and faith is the soul of our mother earth.
